This Saturday, November 12th, the Oregon Ducks are heading to Stanford in what college football fans are calling the “Game of the Season”. Both teams are undefeated in the Pac-12 Conference and the winning team will take the number one spot in the North Division.
Opposing quarterbacks Darron Thomas and Andrew Luck are not only college rivals, but they shared the field while playing opposite one another during their high school days. While Luck, a high school freshman starting quarterback, Thomas knew even back then that he would be the great college football player that he is today.
Thomas and Luck have remained friends since high school. However, this week both quarterbacks aren’t speaking to one another. It’s likely both players are extremely focused on their mental and physical preparation for college football’s most important game of the season … Afterall, Darron Thomas has dubbed this “enemy week”.
